Common Questions
How do I import a route?
Export a GPX file from your route planner - Strava, RideWithGPS, Komoot, or any tool that exports GPX. Open the file on your iPhone and share it to BikepackPro, or use the in-app import from the Routes tab.
Does the app work offline?
Your routes and waypoints are available offline. Weather data requires a connection to refresh, so pull forecasts before you leave service.
I found a bug. What should I do?
Email hello@bikepackpro.com with what happened, what you expected, and your device model. Screenshots help. Every report makes the app better for everyone.
